  • Can I book in for a consultation?
    100% and we advise you to, so we can make sure you have plenty of time with your stylist to perfect your look. Consultations at Clo&Flo are offered as a complimentary service. Please feel free to schedule a free 15 minute appointment via our online booking portal for any hair or beauty offering which you may require our expert opinion on.
  • What is the salons cancellation policy?
    We understand that there are times where emergencies or obligations for family or work may arise. However, failing to reschedule or cancel your appointment denies other clients the ability to book their own appointment due to a seemingly reserved slot. Therefore cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours notice as well as no-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved appointment price in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please note the charges will be required to be paid before moving forward with a new appointment.
  • What if i'm running late?
    In consideration of our entire community and scheduling commitments to other clients’, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show” and charged accordingly.
  • Can i leave a tip?
    Tips and gratuity are always hugely appreciated and can be left in cash, if processed via the debit or credit card we hold on file your stylist will receive the tip although 20% VAT will be deducted from the amount left before paying this out to the stylist.
  • When do i have to have a Colour Sensitivity/Allergy Test?
    Please note that a sensitivity test will be required 48 hours in advance on selected colour services if you have not had your hair coloured with us before or in the last six months.
  • Personal belongings & valuables
    We cannot be responsible for any personal items brought into either of our South Kensington or Borough salons. Items left in our cloakroom are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
  • Gowning
    We do not take responsibility for any items of clothing damaged during the technical or colouring process. We advise clients to remove all valuable or high-necked items of clothing before their service commences.
  • Re-do, not Refund Policy"
    We do not offer refunds on services at the salon but we will do whatever it takes to get our clients to where they want to be, with any necessary follow-up services delivered with our compliments.

  • Discount offers
    We are proud to offer a 25% discount for NHS and Emergency services Key Workers (Fire, Police and Ambulance) throughout the week at our Borough salon on all services. Please contact us at for more information on how to book and redeem discounts.
  • Children, pets & guests"
    We regretfully ask that you please do not bring children, or other guests with you unless they are also having a service with a team member so that we can act in compliance with government guidelines issued for our sector. We also ask that you refrain from bringing pets with you for hygiene reasons.
